We had a gas leak over Thanksgiving to the point our gas was shut off. A competitor company came out, said they couldn't fix it and quoted us over $10k for a complete new gas line installation. I'm thankful we were referred to Chris Haggard Plumbing who came out Black Friday in the cold and got us taken care of at a much better cost.. very grateful for the company and employees when we were in a bad spot! Thank you!

My sewer pump went out on a Friday on Labor Day weekend. I tried to call several places and no one would come out until Tuesday. My neighbor referred me to Chris and team. I called them on Sunday and they had my pump replaced and working in 3 hours. I wish I could give 10 stars. They were courteous and professional. I would absolutely higher these good folks again.

Noticed my water heater was leaking so called office number. The crew was finishing up a job in West Knoxville. I messaged a couple of photos to them and they picked up the supplies that they needed on their way home. They swung by my house and replaced it for me. Friendly and knowledgeable local business.

About the best experience I have ever had with a plumber. They were too busy to give me a quote and just showed up with all equipment and got the job done at MUCH less than other knoxville plumbers. I am SO glad I trusted them and will do so without hesitation in the future. This is a father-and-3-sons business. Super good knowledgable and capable people. They repaired a broken sewer main in my yard.

These are the most trusted gas plumbers in Knoxville. Knoxville Utility Board recommends them, in fact, they do the gas plumbing for KUB. I used them for a residential gas leak and won't hesitate to hire them again. Chris and his office staff and his plumbers are good people. 👌
